My process
Become familiar with the Business Owner’s current business practices regarding employees/contractors, invoicing, and job delivery
Determine how best to support/adapt these practices within the SMMware framework
Create client-specific SMMware documentation and training for the Business Owner’s personnel (End-User, Administrator, Management)
Pricing
My goal is to be reasonably priced so that it makes economic sense for a Business Owner to spend their time on their main business—finding and servicing clients—and leave the bulk of the SMMware implementation and documentation to me.
The billing arrangement below allows Business Owners to control their cash flow and feel comfortable with the project’s process.
Initial deposit
$250
Hourly rate
$50/hour
Charged after first 5 hours (covered by deposit)
Invoiced in 8 - 12 hour increments
Timing
Project timeline and cost depends on which a la carte services are requested and whether the Business Owner already has an existing SMMware implementation in use.
